Information on Product Shipment and Transportation Responsibility

Dear Customer,

As KULKON YAPI VE ORMAN ÜRÜNLERİ DIŞ TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., we offer the products we provide to you under the condition of delivery from our warehouse. The procedure regarding the delivery and transportation of the products is as follows:

1. Delivery Method: Our products will be delivered to the buyer's vehicle at the warehouse designated by our company.
2. Delivery Time: The delivery of the products will be carried out on the date and time specified by the Seller. However, the delivery date and time may be changed if agreed upon by both parties in advance.
3. Transportation Responsibility: In the event of any damage, loss, or delay during the transportation process, the responsibility lies with the Buyer. Therefore, the Buyer must ensure the suitability and accessibility of the delivery address.
4. Shipping Fee: The shipping fee is the responsibility of the Buyer.
5. Product Acceptance and Return: The Buyer must inspect the products upon delivery and, if any defects or faults are found, must immediately notify the Seller in writing. Return or exchange requests will be evaluated by the Seller and a decision will be made.
